Procedure: Bilateral breast augmentation with Mentor MemoryGel Smooth Round High Profile 600cc silicone implants placed in a submuscular location through inframammary incisions bilaterally. Patient has pre-op asymmetry, with right breast lower than left breast.
Age: 28 years old
Post- Op: 4 months
Patient Desires: Larger, fuller breast. Patient understands that it is impossible to completely correct the asymmetry.
