Details
Staged procedure: Large saline implants placed periareolar with severe malformation by another surgeon. Right implant deflation noted. Both implants deflated to allow soft tissues to retract and implant pocket to close down.3 months after planned deflation, followed up with submuscular 700cc high profile silicone gel breast implants with a short scar breast lift.
